Get in Shape by Multitasking
The list of the benefits of increasing your body’s HGH levels is a long one that includes things like an improved complexion, healthier hair, and a boost to your overall mood and sense of well-being.
Additionally, people use HGH supplements because of the positive effects HGH has on their lean muscle masses and on their weight loss efforts.
However, you cannot expect to get a hard, toned body and a flat, lean stomach from solely using an HGH supplement. To truly maximize your supplement’s potential in getting you into the best shape of your life, you also need to be making sure to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine.
Your fitness regime does not have to be a two hour-long daily session at the gym; there are actually ways that you can fit in workouts while you are doing other tasks, allowing you to get in shape while multitasking.
Do Squats While You Brush Your Teeth
You can easily turn your twice-a-day teeth-brushing routines into short workout sessions by using that time to do wall squats.
All you have to do is lean against your bathroom wall with your feet about two feet in front of you, slide down the wall until your knees are bent and you are in a seated position, and hold that pose for between 30 seconds to one minute. Stand up and then repeat the whole process until you are done brushing your teeth.
Doing these wall squats twice a day while you’re brushing your teeth will help you tone up your butt and your legs!
Turn the Time You Spend at Your Desk into an All-Day Workout
You may get discouraged when you think about the fact that your job requires you to sit in a sedentary fashion at your desk in front of your computer all day, but there are actually quite a few ways you can work on your body while you are seated in your office.
One of the easiest ways to get in some toning exercises while you sit at your desk is to sit up straight and flex your abs so they are tight. Doing this is a subtle yet effective way that you can firm your abs and improve your posture!
Just squeeze your abs tight and hold it for 30 seconds. Release and then do it again for as many times as you can!
Your abs aren’t the only part of your body you can exercise while you are at work: you can also work on your arms simply sitting there at your desk.
All you have to do is an isometric curl, which is where you put one hand on the opposite forearm, keeping your palm facing up at you. As you push down on your arm with your hand, try and pull that arm up; the opposing forces will keep your arms in place and make you feel a distinct burn in the arm that you are moving upwards.
If you are diligent in this exercise, which you should do in sets of 15 seconds every so often throughout your day, you will be able to add tone and definition to your arms!
Work Out Even While You’re Relaxing
Once you get home from work, your multitasking workouts do not have to end–you can get in shape even while you are watching TV.
Take time during your show’s commercials to do quick yet effective exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, planks, or even jumping jacks–just get yourself moving and your muscles working, and not only will you keep your blood pumping and your muscles toning but also you won’t have to feel the usual guilt that accompanies a big session of vegging out.
You Can Look and Feel Amazing Without Changing Your Schedule!
